The temperature is considerably warm, almost uncomfortably so most days. The plants are doing well, as there is a reasonable amount of rainfall without swamping any particular area. However, there have been small tremors through the earth, with a larger quake likely to show by the end of the season. Those in the Peaks should watch out for rock slides!
All powers are currently banned (as of 28/01/2012). Reynards are also currently banned (as of 28/01/2012) with an exception of Rustique members. Troop members are encouraged.

applications Applications for characters are to be posted here, following the form provided and the few requirements listed about the form. You can also find the name list, powers list and species count.
approved (4 sub-boards) All applications which have been approved will be moved here, signifying that you are now allowed to post with that character in the roleplay boards without incurring punishment.
troop listings Lists of positions and members of each troop can be found here for reference. Names of members will link to their profiles so that you may get more detail on each member's personality, history, appearance, and basic details.
kitting Should you decide that a couple is ready to have kits, you my come to this board to post a request for health information and number of kits. Make sure that breeding is in season, or your request will be ignored until it is.
the books To keep all your characters straight, as well as make available any extra details or threads they are in, you may post here. Only one topic per member, please, with all characters in that one topic so as to not swamp the board.
fortune telling Sometimes you need a little planning ahead of time - finding a brother from your character's past, planning for a future lover, or even site-wide plot suggestions. If it's not specific to a character, or might involve the whole site, you might want to include that in the topic title to tempt the staff to look.
the fantome The Fantome are particularly well-known for having powers. In fact, you don't even get considered to join the troop unless you have them. They see themselves are higher up the food chain than those without powers, so watch out - they can be ruthless. Of course they, like the Rustique, have been mostly born into this life and know no different. Their land is plentiful in prey, and they find most of their cover under the few groves of trees and in burrows they dig into the hills.
the rustique The Rustique, or the Teek if you care to shorten it, has the largest territory and is right next to the Fantome's territory. It is particularly plentiful in water and has many rivers and streams. It has plenty of trees for shelter. The Teek is a rather strict, old clan. They only accept powerless foxes, and they rarely accept outsiders. Most of the troop members were born into the troop and know no other life.
the novelle The Novelle are a relatively new troop. They have no goal in mind, other than survival. So long as you do not threaten that survival, they will take you, powers or not. The territory is small, but if you looks at resources based on claimed land size, they are actually the best off out of all the troops.They are often stuck defending their territory from attacks as a result.
the peaks Visible from nearly everywhere, the mountains are, quite naturally, unmistakeable. The snow-covered peaks scrap the sky itself, and the snow on the sides quickly fades into the deep green of pine trees. By the base, the trees are thick and the ground is rough. Life is rough here, but there aren't many around fighting for the resources either.

the drift Nestled at the foot of the mountains, just where the pine trees begin to shift to contain more variety such as oak and birch, are the foothills. The slopes are gentler, and there are a great many hills and valleys. The land is nowhere near as difficult to live in as the mountains are and the prey is much more plentiful.

the spiderweb Hidden away in the depths of the forest is a steep incline from which a waterfall flows off into a small pool. The water flows out in many small streams which branch out from the pond. Of course, there are secrets to this place - in particular, the caves behind the falling water. They are extensive, though many are unaware of their existence.
the relic At the edge of the forest is a small relic - a movie set town left over from when humans ruled the Earth. The wild west themed town has fallen into disrepair, with some of the wood rotting away and many of the windows shattered. It still provides excellent shelter - if you dare come near it, anyway.
the steppe Past the foothills and forests lies an expanse of tall grasses, shrubs and a few scattered tree groves. In the midst of all this is a large lake with a sandy beach shore, scattered through with pebbles and partially degraded items left over from the humans.

Welcome to Survivor Guilt, a literate fantasy fox roleplay based around the idea of foxes with powers at war with powerless foxes. As living conditions worsen, outsiders living on their own are forced to pick sides, and some haven't wanted to. As such, a new troop has cropped up containing both sorts of foxes, something that is bound to end in one of three ways: the end of a long and bitter war, enslavement of certain foxes or intense persecution ending in a massacre. The question is... which will it be?
Coded in Firefox, so presumably viewed best in it. Can be viewed in Google Chrome or Safari, with no reported issues yet. Internet explorer is not suggested. Honestly, it just looks terrible in IE. I suggest you avoid it. Please alert us to any issues you spot in the site comments board, as it is guest friendly.
